Our mission
Give every student, wherever they live, access to a rigorous American K–12 education and a transcript that universities trust.
How we teach
Small live classes, openly licensed core texts (Illustrative Mathematics, The American Yawp, public-domain literature), plus free PhET simulations, projects and virtual labs. Every lesson is aligned to U.S. standards (Common Core, NGSS, C3).
How we assess
Evidence over seat time: performance tasks, unit tests, and cumulative proctored finals with an oral check, plus statistics on every exam question.
Our status, stated plainly
Calverton Academy is being established as a Florida private school, and will then pursue Cognia accreditation. The live status line at the bottom of this page shows exactly where we are.
